A day at the counter
A rider walks in and wants a bike for three days. You check the availability calendar, pick a free bike, and create the booking. You capture the rider’s driving licence and a photo ID against their record, generate the rental agreement, and take the security deposit. When the bike comes back, you close the booking and refund the deposit. At the end of the week, the booking and revenue reports tell you what went out and what came in.
